Objekat se nalazi na prvom spratu stambene zgrade i sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom, ormarom i TVom sa satelitskim programom, kuhinje sa svim potrebnim potrepštinama za pripremu kafe, ćaja, hrane, zatim dnevnog boravka koji sadrži trpezarijski sto, sofu i tv, te kupatilu sa turskim kupatilom i perilicom za rublje. U sklopu stambene zgrade u kojoj se nalazi objekat se nalazi Market koji radi do 22 h, kao i salon ljepote, te prekoputa objekta slastičarna, kafić i buregdžinica. Ispred objekta se nalazi trolejbuska stanica koja direktno vodi u centar grada.
Naselje Grbavica se nalazi u mirnom i centralnom dijelu Sarajeva zbog čega iz ovog dijela grada možete vrlo brzo šetnjom ili koristeći jedno javno prevozom sredstvo - trolejbus posjetit sve atrakcije i znemenitosti. Aerodrom je od ovog naselja udaljen 8.5 km, dok su Željeznička i Autobuska stanica udaljeni 2.1 km. Tunel spasa je udaljen 7.4 km, dok se u okolici objekta nalazi par tržnih centara (SCC 1 km, Alta 1.5 km i Importane 1.5 km). Baščaršija se nalazi 3.3 km od objekta gdje možete posjetiti mnoge historijske znamenitosti i zanatske radnje.
