It is separated from the city noise and without the influence of the environment The property has a basketball court and table tennis court, as well as a poolside relaxation area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue facilities. The pool has a view of the city, the pool is sunny all day. All apartments in the building are air conditioned, consists of one bedroom with a large double bed, each apartment has a private bathroom, living room in the kitchen. The living room also has a sofa bed so the apartment can be used by 4 people. The bus and train station is 2km from the apartment. The airport is only a 10-minute drive from the property.
