A modernly furnished and recently renovated apartment on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator. In the front of the building there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and the trolleybus station and Wilsons Lane are only 100 meters away. The tram station is 250 meters away, and the city center is 2-3 kilometers away. The apartment has a living room with a terrace and a sled with bar stools, a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom and a toilet. The apartment was completely renovated at the beginning of 2023 and everything is new in it (kitchen, toilet, bathroom, furniture, carpentry, roof, dishes, household appliances, etc.). The apartment has 2 air conditioners. Free wi-fi and cable television are available. There is free public parking in front of the building.
