Objekat se nalazi na lijepoj mirnoj lokaciji bez saobraćaja a opet veoma blizu centra. 50 metara od objekta su tereni za košarku, mali nogomet i odbojku odlično je lokacija za porodice sa djecom. Kuća je idealna za odmor u tišini a za ljubitelje prirode i šetnja kroz šumu će uljepšati doživljaj. Naravno tu je i rafting na rijeci Uni te blizina slapova Štrbački Buk i Martin Brod.
Dobro su nam došli svi gosti bez obzira na porijeklo. Gosti će koristiti kuću samostalno bez našeg prisustva ali mogu nas uvijek dobiti na tel ako trebaju neku pomoć. moj hobi je ribolov a gosti mogu da koriste moj lični pribor za ribolov.
U blizini objekta do 100 m je igralište sa terenima za košarku , nogomet, odbojku. može da se iznajmi biciklo mtb, kajak, kanu, rafting čamci i slično.
