Apartman se nalazi u zgradi, 5 minuta laganog hoda od centra grada. Mali apartman sa svim što Vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Sastoji se od kuhinje, balkona, hodnika, kupatila i spavaće sobe. Renoviran je i moderno opremljen.
Zgrada je u mirnom okruženju, sa puno zelenih površina, dječijih igrališta i terena za nogomet i košarku. Ne nalazi se na glavnoj cesti, tako da nema buke od saobraćaja.
