This hostel has been open and ran by the generations of the same family. Well known in town, well liked and one of the few original hostels in the city.

Villa84 is a family ran hotel for the past couple of decades. Its called '84, referencing to the Olympics that were held here in Sarajevo in 1984.

Neighborhood info

Baščaršija is the old Sarajevo bazar, and the historical and cultural center of the city. Baščaršija was built in the 15th century. The word " baš " means " main", in Turkish. So Baščaršija means the Main Bazar.
