Smart TV, king-size hardwood beds, microwaves, espresso coffee machines (coffee complementary), tea, floor heating in some bathrooms. Clean apartment building, with free private parking. Safe and urban neighborhood, close to everything! The apartments are situated in the center of major cultural events, close to the National Theater, art galleries, cinemas and other theaters, and only a stroll down the street gets one to the Academy of Fine Arts. There is a nice traditional pie place at the corner, and the neighborhood is bordering with the Skenderija Sports Center. Also, there is German Embassy across the street, and many other embassies nearby. Plenty of people in the neighboring cafes, so that one can really have a taste of local life in our neighborhood.

It is a clean building in a safe neighborhood with the kindergarten nearby. There are two pharmacies in the range of 50 meters and a hair saloon across the street. It is a lively neighborhood with a variety of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the German Embassy across of the Skenderija street.
