Sastoji se od 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje, WC-a, ostave, prostranog hodnika i balkona. U potpunosti je opremljen te sadrži sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Stan posjeduje klima uređaj, besplatan WI-FI, kablovsku televiziju. Kuhinja je moderno opremljena sa ravnom poločom za kuhanje i pećnicom. Toalet je u potpunosti opremljen i funkcionalan. Ispred i u krugu zgrade skoro uvijek ima slobodnih i besplatnih parking mjesta. Na samom ulazu u zgradu nalaze se market, restoran, caffe bar, slastičarna, zdravstvena poliklinika, apoteka, pekara i pošta.
