The house spans 180 square meters and sits on a 3000 square meter property with a garden and ample outdoor space. The home features four bedrooms – three with large double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for children. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned, one includes a TV with Netflix, and another offers balcony access with beautiful views. The bright living room includes air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a TV with Netflix, creating a relaxing space for everyone. It connects to a dining area and a fully equipped indoor kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and all essentials. An outdoor summer kitchen provides an ideal space for cooking and dining in the fresh air, making meals enjoyable both indoors and outside. There are two modern bathrooms with showers and complimentary toiletries, plus a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, and ironing facilities. Families will appreciate the crib, changing table, board games, and PlayStation in the kids’ room. The outdoor area is spacious and green, offering plenty of room to relax, unwind, or play.
