Villa Ilir was created by the desire of the host to build it as a family oasis of peace and gathering in his homeland. It was designed from start to finish according to the wishes of the owner's family with many original ideas and embedded parts of family history. We enjoy it at all times and will be happy to share it with all well-meaning people.

The oldest inhabitants of this area are the Illyrians, a people described by the Romans and Greeks as stout, sturdy and characterful. The sparse landscape and harmony of karst colors inspires awe, but also the much-desired peace in today's urban life. Within reach of a one-day trip are Dubrovnik, the Walls of Ston, via the Pelješki bridge you can quickly reach the city of Marko Polo - Korcula, the city of bridges - Mostar, the pilgrimage site of Međugorje, the old town of Počitelj, the Kravica waterfall...
