The property is located in the very heart of Sarajevo's Old Town, right beside the old towers and fortresses that demarcated the residential areas historically. You are a short walk away form many of the city's attractions like the Baščaršija shopping square, the City Hall, the Gazi-Husrev Bey Mosque or the Sarajevo Cathedrals. All the while, you have easy access to many stores, restaurants, bakeries etc. The house has a lovely garden full of flowers and tranquility, which can make any family holiday even better. If you would rather relax indoors, you have the entire apartment to yourself (with one extra bed included for young children, who are always welcome free of charge!). We have some books (for young or old), board games, cards as well!

We are a small family from Sarajevo, who simply love helping people experience Sarajevo, its culture, traditions and rich past. Our mascot is the hedgehog, our favorite animal (along with cats, of course!). All of us love reading, travelling and trying out new things. We are at your disposal if you need anything.

As we mentioned, if you stay with us, you are in prime position to explore Sarajevo. If you walk uphill, you can discover the old Yellow Fort or a lovely cafe nearby with a view on the city - "Kamarija." If you decide to go downhill, you will see many of the attractions like the City Hall, Baščaršija, the Seblij (water fountain), mosques, churches, synagogues, restaurants, dishes you name it. The city has an incredibly rich history ready to be explored and our house is the perfect jumping off point for just that. Conversely, the neighborhood is also very well shielded form the hustle and the bustle of the city. It is very peaceful and quiet all throughout the day, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city or just to rest in general. (With one included parking space just for you!)
