Potpuno opremljen stan na samoj obali rijeke Une. Stan se nalaz na trećem spratu. Ovaj stan ima besplatan parking i WiFi. Stan ima 1 spavaću sobu, dnevnu sobu opremljenu tv sa satelitskim programima,kuhinju sa potrebnim. sadržajima,mašinu za pranje rublja i kupatilo sa tuš kabinom. Stan je klimatizovan. U okviru objekta dostupan je balkon sa prekrasnim pogledom na rijeku Unu.
