The apartment is located in a private building whose history dates back to 1968. The whole concept of the building is to combine a modern lifestyle, but also to preserve the architecture of the old mountain building. A long tradition enables the most exclusive place on the mountain - it combines everything that a visitor of Jahorina needs, it is located in the centre of Jahorina, but also in the forest, which offers peace and the feeling that the guest is far from the fast-paced life of the cities. At the same time, the facility is located in the forest right next to the ski slopes, but also on the main road and several of the most luxurious hotels on the mountain. One of rare accommodations that has secured parking, which is very important, especially in the conditions of the tourist season when parking is expensive and difficult to find.
The whole philosophy of the host is to enjoy nature, biking, skiing since and to pass it onto younger generations and all those who carry that love within themselves.
The facility is located on the edge of the Poljica plateau and is the first destination that visitors to the Jahorina Olympic Center encounter when they enter the Olympic Center. In our immediate vicinity are the best hotels in Jahorina, as well as numerous catering facilities. In summer, Poljice is ideal for walking and cycling in beautiful nature, and in winter, it is the right place for all lovers of snow activities, centre of the mountain, place where ski kindergarden is based and location from which everything starts. There is a Gondola, an anchor and a baby ski lift on the plateau. The gondola runs almost to the highest peak of Jahorina, from where you can easily cross over to the other Jahorina trails. The Poljice track is illuminated and equipped for night skiing during the winter season. 200 meters from the building there are several sports equipment shops and ski rentals. Jahorina's life takes place in Poljice and around our facility.
