The interior is clean and functional, featuring a spacious living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, an equipped kitchen, and a dedicated home office setup with high-speed Wi-Fi. The ultimate highlight is the massive, enclosed 500 m² private garden and courtyard (avlija) with stone cobblestones, outdoor seating, and a functional built-in stone BBQ fireplace. A true green sanctuary and a rare find in the very heart of the Old Town! IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING (Please read carefully): Traditional Outdoor Toilet: In line with the historic architecture of the local neighborhood, the fully functional toilet (modern flush system) is located outside the main living quarters, within our private, enclosed courtyard. It is accessed by stepping into the avlija. Low Bathroom Ceiling: The indoor bathroom (equipped with a bathtub and washing machine) has preserved its original structure and features a lower ceiling height of 1.90m (6.2 ft), which tall guests should keep in mind. Natural Environment: Due to the large green garden and trees, it is completely natural to occasionally encounter a stray fly or a tiny spider in the courtyard or indoors. The house is thoroughly cleaned, but please consider this if you are extremely sensitive to insects.
