Una Verde is a holiday home surrounded by green with extreme sense of privacy. It has a direct access to the river Una with a private sundeck where you can enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. House terrace is situated in front of the living room with the river view, and is equipped with a barbaque and an outdoor kitchenette. In extent to the terrace, there is a big lawn with a trampoline and the possibility to add a movable pool with an extra charge. The entire property is looked after with a lot of love and passion for gardening. It simply makes you feel at home. The house is furnished to give guests the sense of warmth and cosiness. It is suitable for both, short weekend escapes from the city life and long relaxed holidays. The entrance gate to the property is lockable, private parking is inside the property.

Una Verde is a family property where we spend a lot of our family time escaping from everyday duties to enjoy privacy and calmness that Una Verde offers. Our children love spending time there playing while we can dedicate our time to our passion for gardening. We are pleased to be able to welcome you to experience a piece of our little green paradise. Una Verde is located cca. 200m from the famous "Japodski otoci" place in Racic that offers restaurant and bar services. Racic is a small touristic village where you get to experience differnt activities such as river rafting, biking, paddling etc. or you can opt for a simple boat ride to enjoy the calmness of nature and surroundings.
