Objekat se nalazi uz samu obalu rijeke Drine, pozicioniran na livadi od 4 ooo kvadratnih metara . Za uzivaoce u prirodi, ribolovu, rostiljanju, suncanju, kupanju, i svim drugim sadrzajima na i pored vode. Nas slogan je " zaspi pored rijeke, budi se u tisini ". Posebno dobro za porodice sa malom djecom, koja mogu da uzivaju u trckaranju po livadi, bez bojazni da ce se povrediti . Takodje i za one koji vole duge setnje pored vode. Za prava druzenja u prirodi, i za neopisiv mir i odmor . Objekat je opremljen kompletnim posudjem, i naravno svim potrebnim uredjajima .. ( el.sporet, frizider, masina za pranje sudja, tv, rostilj ...) Objekat je klimatizovan, ima wifi .
