The apartment is in the very center of the city (in a newly built residential building on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator.) so everything is available to you from restaurants, cafes, fitness centers, beauty salons, hair salons, indoor swimming pools, saunas and everything else. Bakery and market open 0-24 hours. Modriča is a city in a convenient place for rest and purchase of cheap groceries, tourists who are on their way to the sea and on their way back can enjoy these facilities, the proximity of the highway is also good for rest, refueling, buying fresh local food, etc.
