Stefan Apartment se nalazi u novoizgrađenoj stambenoj zgradi na samo par koraka od centra grada. Sastoji se od spavace sobe, dnevnog boravka, moderane i funkcionalne kuhinje, kupatila sa tuš kabinom, balkona, te zasebno parking mjesta u podzemnoj garaži. Apartman je u potpunosti opremljen za istinsko uživanje u kraćem ili dužem boravaku. U potpunosti je opremljen svim neophodnim uređajima. Apartman se ostavlja u zatečenom stanju, bez eventualni oštećenja. Iznajmljivanje nije namenjeno za proslave i žurke kao i goste sa kućnim ljubimcima. Pušenje je dozvoljeno samo na balkonu. Obavezno je poštovanje kućnog reda. Apartman je smješten na izuzetnoj i mirnoj lokaciji gdje vam je sve na dohvat ruke... pekara, market sa gotovom hranom, prodavnice, apoteka, banka, kafe barovi, restorani, picerije i sl.
