This very modern accommodation on the 2nd floor (without elevator) offers you free WiFi and, despite its central location, also a view of the inner courtyard from the closed and heated balcony (smoking is only allowed here). The huge, 132 m2 apartment has all amenities and comforts. Living and dining room 52 m2, 3 bedrooms (including the master bedroom with 36m2 and separate bathroom), Smart TV with cable channels, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. Modern air conditioning units are installed in 3 rooms. Bed linen and towel service. Parking spaces are available nearby. Important information: Holiday guests cannot bring any other people into the apartment.
