Luksuzni apartman, nov i moderno opremljen u novoj zgradi u Tuzli u naselju Stupine. U blizini zgrade nalazi puno kafića i restorana, pijaca, prodavnice, noćni klub. Stan sadrži: kuhinju sa dnevnim boravkom i trpezarijom, spavacu sobu, hodnik, kupatilo i vešeraj. Spavaca soba - jako udoban bračni krevet 160×200, u dnevnoj sobi je ugaona na razvlačenje. Stan je u potpunosti namjesten: TV 65" (NETFLIX, EON PREMIUM, HBO, optički internet, wi fi), frižider sa zamrzivačem, ploča, rerna, mašina za pranje suđa, mašina za pranje i sušenje veša, pegla, fen, peškiri te sva osnovna sredstva za higijenu.
Objekat je udaljen od centra grada i Panonskih jezera 15 minuta ugodne šetnje.
