VerdeLuxe Sarajevo je moderan i prostran apartman s balkonom i živopisnim enterijerom. Apartman ima 84 m2, dvije spavaće sobe, veliki dnevni boravak i terpezariju u otvorenom konceptu, te potpuno opremljenu kuhinju svijetlih tonova drveta i bijele boje s direktnim izlazom na balkon. Kupatilo je prostrano s modernom tuš kabinom, perilicom i sušilicom veša a dodatni mali toalet osigurava dodatnu praktičnost. Dnevni boravak krasi crvena kožna garnitura, siva fotelja i dekorativni jastuci dok stakleni trepezarijski sto s inox detaljima i sive stolice unose dozu elegancije. Zidove krase slike u vedrim tonovima koje prikazuju motive svjetskih gradova. U sklopu nekretnine se nalazi besplatno parking mjesto u podzemnoj garaži.
Moje ime je Elma Serdarević i živim u ulazu pored apartmana tako da sam uvijek dostupna ako gostima zatreba bilo kakva pomoć ili informacija. Trudim se da svaki boravak bude ugodan, uredan i bezbrižan. Moj cilj je da se u VerdeLuxe apartmanu osjećate opušteno i dobrodošlo, uz potpunu privatnost i mir.
Apartman se nalazi u mirnom naselju Dobrinja, u ulici Braće Mulić, općina Novi Grad. U blizini se nalaze trgovine, restorani i zelene površine, a Aerodrom Sarajevo udaljen je svega 5 minuta hoda od objekta. Bazen Dobrinja nalazi se 4 minute hoda od objekta. Lokacija je odlično povezana s centrom grada (15 minuta vožnje) i nudi idealan balans između udobnosti, pristupačnosti i mira.
