The Villa is located in a quiet environment surrounded by forest with a beautiful view on the vineyard from the terrace. It has excellent communication from inner to outer part of the house with large terrace (30 sqm). Swimming pool (8x4m) is located in the outer part of the house hidden from view, where you can comfortably relax in an intimate and calm atmosphere. At the back of the house there is a opened summer kitchen with a wood fire grill place where food can be prepared while enjoying the nature environment. In the background of the house there is a spacious grassy part of the property with beautiful high trees.
Villa is located in peaceful village called Veljaci, just 3 km away from Croatian border. It is very close to waterfall Koćuša and also not far away from Kravica waterfalls. Nearest bigger place is city of Ljubuški, which is only 11 km away, while well known tourist destination city of Mostar is 46 km away, as well as well known Catholic pilgrimage of Međugorje only 23 km away. If you want to take a swim in the beautiful Adriatic sea it takes 45 min drive to beaches of Tučepi, or sightseeing colossal walls of Dubrovnik it will take you only 2 hours drive.
