Villa Lavanda is surrounded by true natural beauty, settled in very calm and private part of Dreznica, with private beach. I especially love Villa Lavanda because it was used for family gatherings, because it is very pleasant to spend the summer in it, the nights are much colder and more comfortable to sleep than in Mostar, and the holliday house I love most because my father made everything from stone that could be done (though he is not by a profession, neither a stone-maker nor a builder) the flooring, the grill, then the bow in the kitchen, and the most beautiful part is private beach, beside swimming and sunbathing you can enjoy in beautiful sunset. Villa Lavanda is situated in place named Dreznica, 25 km north from Mostar ( from the famous Old Bridge as well ) and 80 km south from Sarajevo (on the main road Sarajevo-Mostar - M17 ). Next to Dreznica bridge, is a restaurant where they serve grilled neretvian trout and where You can buy fresh trout and prepare it by yourself. After you pass great Dreznica bridge, you have only 1km of drive by car and on the left side of the road you will see Villa Lavanda with parking lot whom you may approach directly from the road.

I like to writing, reading books, painting, taking photographs, go for a walks, and spending time with my son singing and playing a guitar.

Dreznica is a village that is remote from Mostar 25km, very vivid and interesting because it abounds with historical and natural beauties such as the river Drezanjka, as well as the beautiful mountain peaks of Cabulje and Cvrsnice. The air is very clean, the cattle go to the outskirts, so the dairy products offered by locals are very tasty and healthy. Local residents are very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. Lovers of sports and hobbies like fishing, cycling, hiking and rock climbing (the famous Cyclamen Garden) can really enjoy spending time there. Swimming in the clear river Drezanjka is a wonderful and refreshing sensation and as well as swimming, diving and sunbathing on a private beach beneath the house. In Donja Dreznica, only 1.5km away from Villa Lavanda, there is a shop where you can find almost everything you need, even though I recommend that you make a big purchase before you arrive to Villa Lavanda, especially if you come with small children. In the restaurant "Odusak", 1.5km away from the Villa, you can get roast meat or if you love Neretva trout, next to the Dreznica bridge there is restaurant "Vidikovac" where the grilled trout is served.
