Vila se nalazi u mirnom seoskom krajoliku sa svim urbanim sadržajima. Blaga klima tijekom cijele godine sa dostignutih 300 sunčanih dana. U neposrednoj blizini teku dvije rijeke koje obogaćuju floru i faunu. Jedna od rijeka stvorila je dva lijepa vodopada s pripadajućim jezercima.
