Apartman Winter Park Residence nalazi se na najatraktivnijoj lokaciji olimpijskog skijaškog centra Bjelašnica sa otvorenim pogledom na stazu i direktnom povezanošću sa skijaškom stazom kao i ostalim potrebnim sadržajima. Pristup apartmanu za automobile omogućen je regionalnim putem sa osiguranim zatvorenim garažnim prostorom. Ono što ovaj apartman čini posebnim je direktna povezanost sa skijaškom stazom i pristup ski liftovima koji se nalaze ispred apartmana.
Dobro došli u rustikalnu oazu mira!
Bjelašnica je planina u središnjem dijelu Bosne i Hercegovine, smještena jugozapadno od grada Sarajeva na udaljenosti od 25 km. Bjelašnica pripada dinarskom planinskom sistemu. Na najvišem dijelu podignuta je značajna meteorološka stanica, koja je ujedno i najviša stalno nastanjena točka u BiH. Razvijen je krš i ledenjački reljef. Srednja godišnja temperatura iznosi samo 0,7 °C, zbog izrazito niskih zimskih temperatura. Najviša temperatura dostiže 24 °C, a najniža -41 °C. Ljeti je prekrivena gustom zelenom travom, a zimi i do 3 m visokim snijegom. Veliki snjegovi i snažni smetovi su karakteristični za ovo olimpijsku planinu. Bjelašnica je najveće skijalište u Bosni i Hercegovini.
