The owners of the Inchcape Seaside Villas brought wave windsurfing to Barbados, were the first people to explore the reefs along Barbados shorelines and developed the Inchcape Seaside Villas into a highly reputed tourist rental facility at the most southern point of the island of Barbados.

The Inchcape Seaside Villas & Apartments consist of several very unique, individual houses on the white sand beach of Silver Sands, all with tropical gardens and views of the Caribbean Sea, tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Neighborhood info

The Inchcape Villas are located in pure nature on a beautiful white sand beach, far enough away that nothing disturbing is close, but also near to everything one wants to be close to, in one of the strategically best positions where also the climate is the best Barbados has to offer. The Inchcape Seaside Villas are just about 10 minutes away from the airport, a 5 minutes drive from the Oistins fish market and nearby stores and food places, it is only 10 minutes by car to St. Lawrence Gap and the east and west coast can be reached in about 30 -40 minutes.

A prepayment of 50% by bank transfer or credit card, or a full payment is required within 24 hours after completing your reservation.

All rates are based on a max occupancy in a unit, 2 people max in a one bedroom unit and 4 people max in a two bedroom unit. In some units the property can accommodate an extra person for which a charge of $30 USD per person per night will apply.

Depending on how and when the property receives a booking and for which time period a booking has been made, different payment options will be sent to guests.

The property only accepts bookings with full flight information, airline, flight no. and arrival time. The property automatically organizes a personalized airport pick up for guests. All guests are welcomed at the property by a member of staff and get a concierge type welcome procedure.

Depending on seasons our booking and especially payment conditions do change. To be able to provide the best service possible, answers on messages/e-mails are required with in 24 hours.

We cannot accept/deal with any booking without the corresponding arrival information, as we would not be able to guarantee the high level of service we normally provide as far as the arrivals at the Inchcape Seaside Villas are concerned.

Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged USD 10 per day when used.
