The ground floor of the villa contains two roomy bedrooms each with airconditioning, built in wardrobes stocked with fresh linens, towels, security safe and hairdryer. The main bedroom en-suites to the large bathroom, which includes a bath, shower and double basin sink. Step out of either bedroom and you’ll be greeted with a generous open plan living area which extends into a dining area seating up to 6 people. Adjacent to the dining table you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the expected necessities including a top loading washing machine. An exclusively private swimming pool with bar and a garden area are situated to the rear of the property, accessible via the double patio doors in the living area or, from either side of the building. The villa also includes a ground floor balcony with seating and table, perfect for admiring the ocean horizon and taking in the rural scenery. Need more bedrooms or space for your visit? Get in touch! We can accommodate your request by opening the upper floor for an additional fee. Upper floor includes an additional two bedrooms featuring U.S. King and Queen sized beds, double basin bathroom with bath and shower, open plan living area with kitchen and top balcony with ocean view

Once we were two explorers, my wife and I. Now a family of four, we enjoy space and tranquility with a dash of culture and activities here and there. We like being neat and appreciate our surroundings. You’d never know we were there, but we always remember a good home! Shaun our property manager will greet you at the property and will be happy to accommodate any and all needs around the island and regarding the property.

Peaceful and friendly, the neighbourhood is home to many ex-pats so you find plenty of english speaking neighbours to interact with.
