Property info

Ventnor House Apartments comprises of 10 apartments set within the open grounds of a historic Plantation House in the popular and highly desirable Rockley area. Available for rent are four 1 bed apartments, three two bedroom apartments and two three bedroom apartments. In addition to this we also have one large apartment equipped with 7 beds for large families or groups who don’t mind sharing. The properties are very traditional in style, clean, secure and comfortable, offering an enjoyable and carefree stay in a friendly, personal, family style setting. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge freezer, making self catering very easy. In addition there is also comfortable sofa seating, indoor fans, TV and wi-fi as well as dining table and limited out door seating. There are also communal washing facilities available during the course of your stay. The property is within a very short walk to the beautiful Accra beach, Rockley Golf & Country Club, the famous Shakers Bar & Grill, the fantastic Champers Restaurant, the Museum and the legendary Garrison race course. With a variety of small shopping malls in close proximity makes a better stay.

Neighborhood info

Rockley is in the parish of Christchurch, which has everything you need in order to have a great holiday. From fine dinning to traditional rum shops, great beaches, with lots of sporting activities if you so choose, or you might want to check out our Bajan heritage by visiting the Museum or even the famous Garrison race track and if that's not enough then you might fancy some Golf or arts and craft at Art splash, especially if you are travelling with young children and want them to try something different.
