We live inside the property, so that we are always around to make your holiday perfect and assist you for anything you may need including surf boards, windsurf equipment, lessons, bikes, car rentals and many different kind of excursions... Rescue Beach is only 180 meters far, while Silver Sands Beach is 220 meters far. Ideal for couples seeking tranquillity, digital nomads, water sports lovers like kiters, surfers, wingfoilers, windsurfers, families and obviously golf lovers! Completely renovated in the 2013, with new floors, bathroom with shower, sink, tiles, new tailor made kitchen fully equipped, great breeze, beautiful deck/patio for a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. High Speed Internet connection available with optic fiber stable and reliable in Wi-Fi. Yellow Bird Apartment is located at the first floor; it is very quite and facing on the wild garden rich of different palm trees, and with a wonderful sea-view deck from where sometimes you can admire the local green monkeys, cows and little lambs. The apartment has a living/kitchen area and all the necessary and a double queen sofa-bed, which can be used also for 2 more adults or children; the bedroom has a double queen bed, 2 bed side tables, a big wardrobe and safe; the small bathroom has hair dryer, toilette, sink and shower. Extras/Supplements/Obligatory: - Baby-cot/Crib and high chair available at a 10 USD per night supplement for both of them (to be paid on the spot). - Air Conditioning (if chosen) available at a night supplement of 10 USD (max 12 hours) or 15 USD for more. This is a self catering apartment, but we change the bathroom towels every 3-4 days and the bed linen every 7 days free of charge. All windows are with mosquito screens, and curtains; 110 and 220 volt sockets (American, Canadian, English, Italian, German and French plugs) and adaptors are available. There are also two ceiling fans, safe, iron, 32" Flat Tv with more than 80 international channels, books, an information guide book of the area and of Barbados island, with excursion leaflets and maps.

Breeze place, very close to the ocean (80 meters), with a close bar and restaurant (100 meters), bus stop and a little grocery (10 minutes by walk). Unique white thin sandy beaches around (Silver Sands Beach at 220 meters), Rescue Beach at 180, and Silver Rock Beach at 450), no traffic, not many constructions around. Oistin with the famous fish market, Atm, gas station, restaurants, shops, and a big Super market is located only 5 minutes by car. Our Cottage is still a wild spot and a place where you can still admire monkeys, parrots, hamming birds, whales and turtles.
