We are three friends, Emilie, Jonathan and Victor, who have joined our forces to create a rental management agency "Ardn-bnb". We take care of the concierge service of tourist accommodations for owners of houses and apartments in La Roche-en-Ardenne and surroundings. Our mission is to make your stay unforgettable. Our offices are located Rue de l'Eglise 19 in La Roche-en-Ardenne. Do not hesitate to come and see us if you have any questions or just want to say hello. We will be happy to help you.

Property info

"L'Eglise" includes 3 cottages: - Foot of the castle, on the first floor (4 people) - Verdigris, on the second floor (4 people) - Castle view, on the third floor (2 people) These three apartments have been completely refurbished, each with their own style. The 3 kitchens are fully equipped and they all have walk-in showers. You will have access to a smart tv and a Netflix account already registered in each of them. On the landing of the first floor is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, these are at your disposal. The apartment on the third floor will offer you a breathtaking view of the Rochois castle. It also has a roof terrace. Our office is located on the ground floor, which facilitates exchanges if necessary.

Neighborhood info

The historic centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne is full of attractions. You can visit the ruins of the Feudal castle, the museum of the Battle of the Bulge, the La Roche sandstone. If you are more of a nature lover, you can only marvel at the natural surroundings of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the river, by kayak or on foot. Children will love the game park or the tour of the town on the little train. In the evening, during the summer, you can sit on the quays of the Ourthe to enjoy the free sound and light show of Berthe's Ghost, a legend of the castle. If you are more experienced walkers, don't miss the 13km walk around the Nisramont dam, make the trip to the Chlorophylle Park and discover the magic of the hamlet of Borzée.
