Between Bastogne and Houffalize, on the edge of the village of Wicourt and Rachamps, the "Au bord de l'eau" cottage benefits from a remarkable natural setting. Space, brightness, warm atmosphere, authenticity are all attractions that define this stone country house, where old charm and modern conveniences are combined. The house has 5 personalized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and equipment for the young children. The well-equipped kitchen offers a breathtaking view of the pond. It is extended by a much appreciated veranda, which can be heated in winter. It is an ideal place to meet with family or friends. The house can accommodate 12 people with a maximum of 10 adults. In winter, they will enjoy a friendly atmosphere by a wood fire. In summer, on the terrace next to a BBQ, in the large secure garden or near the pond, they will enjoy the surrounding nature. Noisy groups and bachelor parties are not allowed

The region is provided with swimming spots: beaches along the Ourthe river, Lake Esc-sur-Sûre,... During the winter period, the Baraque Fraiture (15') is ideal for skiing. Nearby, the small towns of Houffalize and Bastogne offer quality restaurants and bakeries. They are world-renowned in the fields of cycling and mountain biking. In addition to sporting events, it is possible to practice oneself various sports (tennis, minigolf...) Our region has a lot to offer to the enthusiasts of the Second World War. In addition to the many recreational activities to be carried out, the visit of tourist towns such as Marche, Durbuy, La Roche, Bouillon, Rochefort,... offer various attractions, including historical ones.
