Property info

Our beautiful art deco (built in 1933) villa with stained-glass doors and a lot of marble and mosaics offers 4 rooms (3 only are available on the same dates) which are all decorated in a different way. The big room downstairs has a more old-fashioned feel (granny style). The villa is surrounded by a large garden boasting many big trees (birches, beeches, yew-trees...). Garden chairs and a barbecue are available on request. You can park your car for free in the street just in front of the house or inside the property on request (small cars only). The whole house is definitely NON-SMOKING. Children from 10 years on are welcome, but no pets (cats, dogs, etc.) are allowed.

Neighborhood info

La villa jouxte une belle place arborée ovale proposant des jeux pour enfants (toboggan, balançoires, treillis à escalader), un goal de football et un terrain de pétanque publics et gratuits. Elle propose en outre une aire de pique-nique avec tables et chaises ainsi que de nombreux bancs où lire et se détendre. Le quartier est calme et résidentiel, bien que le centre-ville et tous ses commerces et moyens de transport (train, bus) se situent à proximité immédiate (+/- 200 m). Le musée international du carnaval et du masque est tout proche, ainsi que la grand-place et son hôtel de ville classé au patrimoine de l'Unesco.
