JUBARU (consider booking directly on our website (www.jubaru.be) is a very recent holiday home for 20 people, named after the nearby "Col de Croix Jubaru" where you can enjoy the silence and space outside, but also inside. Large windows overlook the Scheldt valley and the Pays des Collines. There is 120 m2 of dining and sitting area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Above the kitchen is a cozy sitting area in a mezzanine. The large garden is child-friendly and has nice garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue with a field of view of more than 180°. There is a terrace facing northeast where you will always find shade in hot summers. There is a large lawn with garden furniture. You will also find a flower garden and vegetable garden. Flowers that bloom and vegetables that are ripe for harvesting are free to use. The beautiful courtyard with terrace on the west is an oasis of peace where sun and shade alternate throughout the day. In the mid-season you can enjoy what the sun still gives, sheltered from the wind. In the hot summers you will find shade in the courtyard or around the house at any time of the day. There is room to play in the barn , wher you can charge electric bicycles. There are 7 bedrooms : All rooms have their own shower and sink. Room 4, 5 and 6 share a toilet in the hallway. The other rooms have their own toilet. Room 1,2,4,5 and 6 are double rooms with beds that you can use as one double bed or two separate single beds. Room 3 is wheelchair accessible and offers space for 4 people (double bed, 2 x single bed). This room has sanitary facilities adapted to wheelchair users. Room 7 is a room with six single beds, a seperate bathroom and a seperate toilet. For a good night's sleep, the sleeping area is completely separated from the living area and relaxation areas. The bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning. The rooms on the ground floor can be heated or cooled with an underfloor system.
