Kompas gîte is located in the beautiful hills of Pays des Collines in Ellezelles. Detached holiday home offering plenty of privacy, set in a peaceful rural location with no immediate neighbours. The holiday home has a large garden with a sun terrace with wellness (hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower) and BBQ. Layout: A fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area, sitting area, and toilet (with underfloor heating and free WiFi). Upstairs is the bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed (one room with bath and sink) and one room with bunk beds and a single bed. (with central heating) Outside, you can enjoy the large garden or the spacious sun terrace with hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower, and BBQ. The shed next to the house offers plenty of space to store bicycles, buggies, etc. Cars can be parked safely in the private parking lot at the house. The cottage is detached and sits on top of a sunny hill in the middle of the fields. A perfect place to get away from it all! !!
