Gîte ‘La Belle Vie aux Quartes’ is a spacious holiday home in Marcourt and comfortably accommodates groups of up to 15 people (including children and babies). With 6 bedrooms, each equipped with its own washbasin, there is plenty of space for privacy and convenience. From June 2026 on, the bedrooms on the 2nd floor will be equipped with individual air conditioning units. The house has 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. The cosy dining room and sitting room invite you to get together. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with two fridges, freezer, a vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, kettle and the necessary utensils. For entertainment, there is a games room with a pool table and table football, perfect for an evening of fun. Outside, enjoy the garden with a beautiful view of the stream, where you can spot fish, crayfish and even a beaver. For a cosy evening, a barbecue and a fire pit are available, ideal for enjoying the outdoors together. The wellness room with infrared sauna offers the opportunity to relax after an active day. Hiking and cycling routes start right at the house, making it the ideal base for nature lovers. Moreover, the house is close to the Ourthe River and only 9 km from La-Roche-en-Ardenne, where you can fully enjoy the surroundings and various activities. Whether you want to hike, cycle or just relax, this holiday home in the Ardennes is an excellent choice for a group stay. Compulsory final cleaning is included in the price. Electricity, water and heating are also included. Bath and bed linen is not provided and must be brought with you.
