Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent bed linen for EUR 12.50 per person and towels for EUR 8 per person or they can bring their own.

Extra fee for pets is EUR 7.5 per night, and a maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated.

Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Baby cots or chairs can be rented on-site.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.

A damage deposit of € 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
