A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and drying rack are also at your disposal. The garden adjoining the Semois with the spacious terrace is equipped with a table for 6 people, a lounge set, a parasol and 2 sun beds. Shaded nets make the terrace extra pleasant. The terrace is fenced, the garden is not. There are extra garden furniture available that you can place in the garden. You can use a fire bowl. There is a fixed charcoal barbecue adjacent to the terrace. The house has three bedrooms, in total for six people; the beds are covered with duvets, 2 pillows per person and fine bed linen (2 double beds and 2 single beds). Two rooms are equipped with an internet smart TV (with apps such as Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, internet browser ...). There are 2 bathrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has a connecting bathroom equipped with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. On the first floor is a second bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath-shower combination. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The villa is heated by gas central heating, a built-in wood stove provides extra warmth and coziness through the open living space. The roof and floor plate are highly insulated, there is double glazing throughout the entire house. All technical installations have been renewed at the beginning of 2019. Private parking for four cars, there is a charging point for your electric car. Pets are NOT allowed (a small dog can exceptionally be allowed after clear agreement).
