Les Semoiselles is een rustig gelegen duo-villa-complex. Het betreft 2 ruime modern ingerichte nieuwbouw villa’s voor maximum 10 personen met telkens een speelzaal, 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers, gedeeld privé zwembad en speeltuin, en een magnifiek uitzicht op het meest idyllische landschap in de Ardennen, de heuvels van de Semois vallei. De woningen kunnen via een dubbele deur in de hall met elkaar verbonden worden zodat u vlot van de ene in de andere woning kan indien u de woningen samen wil huren. Elke villa beschikt over een ruime parking met telkens een laadpaal voor elektrische wagens Voorzieningen voor elke villa Wasmachine, vaatwasmachine, keramische kookplaat, oven, microgolf oven, ijskast, diepvriezer, koffiezet, waterkoker, broodrooster, strijkijzer, strijkplank. TV, kabel tv, gratis draadloos internet. Toilet papier en keukenpapier bij aankomst. Tuintafel en stoelen, ligbedden, parasol en bijzettafeltjes. Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn voorzien, keukenhanddoeken dient u zelf mee te brengen, net zoals zeep voor vaatwasser en wasmachine.
Rochehaut De villas “Les Semoiselles bevinden zich in een van de meest aantrekkelijke authentieke dorpen van de Belgische Ardennen. Hoog boven de fenomenale meanders van de rivier de Semois, met een idyllisch uitzicht over het geklasseerde dorpje Frahan. Het dorp zelf heeft alles wat de fervente Ardennen liefhebber zich kan wensen. Het is het vertrekpunt van de meest fantastische wandelingen, er zijn tavernes en restaurant in overvloed, een treintje brengt je naar het dierenpark, of het landbouw museum, er is een brouwerij met speeltuin en grill restaurant enz. Er zijn regelmatig feestelijke activiteiten voor de bezoekers, en in de winter kan je je uiterlijk en je innerlijk verwarmen met een glu-wein bij de vuurkorf. Les Semoiselles liggen op een van de Top 5 wandelingen in de Belgische Ardennen "Les Echelles " en op een van de top mountainbike routes. IN de zomer kan je in de buurt ook terecht voor een kajak tocht of een tocht met paard en kar door de buurt. Uiteraard is het kasteel van Bouillon, of net over de grens met Frankrijk het kasteel van Sedan zeker een bezoek waard.
