Li Rotche is a Rochoise town house located along the quays with a lovely view of the river. The house offers 4 beautiful, personalized bedrooms, two with a 160cm double bed and two with 2 90cm single bed, as well as two bathrooms and 3 toilets. There's also a game room with table soccer and a corner bar. On the top floor, you'll find a TV lounge with a superb view of the river. Up to 5 bikes or 4 motorcycles can be parked in the garage. Bed linen is provided for your stay. Bath towels are not provided.

In the evening, during the summer, you can sit on the quays of the Ourthe to enjoy the free sound and light show of the Phantom of Berthe, legend of the castle. If you are more experienced walkers, don't miss the 13km walk around the Nisramont dam, make the trip to the Chlorophylle Park and discover the magic of the Borzée hamlet. The flat is ideally located in the heart of the historic centre and within walking distance of all restaurants and activities.
