Be our guest at Woods and Wine, our luxurious but casual B&B located in As, Belgium. We have direct access to National Park Hoge Kempen. We are 50 meters from the National cycling network, hiking and equestrian trails. Maasmechlen village is only 10 minutes away, Sentower park and Thor Park are only a 5 minute drive. We offer 3 luxury bedrooms with private bathrooms, an outside garden patio where guests can relax, an inside lounge area with wine bar, library and fireplace. All of this on a small historic farm setting.
We are a family of three who love outdoor living. Our horses and dogs keep us busy and we enjoy sitting down to an awesome authentic meal with a great bottle of wine. Eron is an American who has lived for over 20 years in Belgium, Peter is from Belgium and we met in Florida. Kieran is our son.
Woods and Wine has direct access to the Hoge Kempen National Park. The park is a paradise for the outdoor enthusiast with 220 km of hiking trails, 140 km of equestrian trails, and kilometres of cycling roads. Woods and Wine is only 50 meters from the nearest bike route which gives you access to the network throughout Belgium, and the South Netherlands . For those that love to shop, Designer Outlet Maasmechelen Village is only a 10 minute drive away. “Fashion City” Hasselt is a short 30 minutes away. We are located 5 minutes away from the beautiful new Sentower Park making us the perfect place for riders, grooms and owners to relax from their busy show schedule. In the future we plan on accommodating our guests and their horses so they can enjoy our riding trails in the Park.
