Комплекса се намира 10 мин. с кола от известния зимен курорт Банско, а голф игрището (с 18-дупки) “Пирин Голф” проектирано от световноизвестния Ian Woosman е само на 300м. Студиото е обзаведено с кабелна TV, DVD, телефон, тераса, модерна баня с вана и сешоар, напълно оборудвана кухня включително ел. уреди и посуда,спалня с две отделни легла, тераса с маса и столове. При желание от страна на гостите , може да си заявят закуски и вечери на рецепция при настаняването. Студиото се предоставя за ползване, не се гарантира ежедневно почистване и смяна на кърпи.
