The “Black & White“ Apartment is located at the heart of the town(100 metres from the main square) featuring two terraces-one with panoramic view of the town and the Rose Valley. The apartment is right behind the main pedestrian street leading to the town square, the wonderful “Vodopad(Waterfall)” park and the “Suchurum” Waterfall at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains. The air-conditioned apartment offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a "Dolce Gusto" capsules coffee-machine, a dining area(both inside and on the terrace), a spacious bathroom and free parking on the streets around the apartment. Paid secured parking is also available upon request. It is a non-smoking apartment with opportunity to smoke on the terraces. As it is located on the 5th floor the apartment offers amazing views of the Rose Valley and the town.
All touristic attractions, historic places and the old town are within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The spa towns of Banya, Hisarya and Pavel Banya with thermal swimming pools are respectively 11, 25 and 40km away. The nearest airport is in the district city of Plovdiv (European Capital of Culture 2019) which is 60 km away from the property. Sofia airport is at a two-hour drive.
