Welcome to our top central HOME, located in a historical building, yet on a quiet and picturesque street. You have private access to backyard with GARDEN to relax. A few meters away from the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and the main pedestrian "Vitosha" Blvd. and many bus, tram and metro stations. The place combines authentic touches and at the same time it gives you unique sense of coziness and warmth. The apartment is spacious (96 m2), ideal for FAMILIES with rare find high ceilings, typical only for the old authentic buildings in the very center of Sofia. It consists of an extra large stylishly decorated living room with flat screen TV with international HD channels and beautiful and comfortable white leather sofa (bed), fast Wi-Fi internet connection and designated dining area with a table for a laptop-friendly workplace for the business travelers. This is one of the few places in the area with an indoor fireplace, which is now for decoration purposes only. The apartment offers all possible amenities and the coziness of a real home, everything needed for a good living "at home". A private entrance to quiet backyard with garden is also at your disposal, comfortable for relaxation and taking a (cigarette) break. Our HOME is at your disposal. The apartment is on a ground floor and is easily accessible for families with children, people with motor disabilities and elderly people. For business travelers resp. for accounting and I cannot issue an invoice, but I can confirm the amount of the booking value (Screen shot and signed by me), which might be sufficient for evidence and accounting documentation purposes. Within a walking distance there are kiosks (24/7) for food and drinks, bread and milk shop, shop for fruits and vegetables, beauty studios, coiffeur, cafeteria, snack bars, restaurants, pharmacy and many others. I will provide in detail upon your arrival.
