Payment is made at the reception in cash (Bulgarian leva) or with American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro cards. Late check-out is charged extra. It can be done only in the presence of available rooms and with the explicit consent of the hotel. This can be agreed the day before the check-out date. Check-out after 18:00 is charged as an overnight stay. In case of early check-out the amount for the nights remains the same as the originally agreed one. Upon departure, guests are required to inform the reception staff. It is not allowed unregistered persons to stay overnight at the hotel. The parking lot is only for hotel guests, and we would like to note that it is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for damages to your car.
