I am french and decided to live in this beautiful region of South West Bulgaria between Pirin and Rhodopi mountains. My main pleasure in this activity is to feel that guests spend a nice stay with friends and/or families and leave in better shape than when they arrived.!

Garmen Hills proposes 04 houses in a calm and relaxing environment, near the hills surrounding the property..There are 02 chalets in wood and stone (Blue View and Green View) that you can rent from 2 to 7 people. Each chalet is independant, has 02 bedrooms and bathrooms,a fully equiped kitchen, fireplace, BBQ etc...There is one house with 04 bedrooms(02 double rooms and 02 family rooms),each with their own private bathroom. In this house on first floor, there is a common kitchen and living room. We propose another house on the same property:"the Greek House", in which you can rent one floor "Cleopatra" or second floor "Morpheus" or the 02 floors combined. Each floor has 02 double rooms with private bathrooms. The Cleopatra floor has a large kitchen and living room. The Morpheus floor has a small kitchenette and 02 terraces. All the guests can enjoy the 105 m2 swimming pool from May and outdoors games like volley ball,football,pétanque, basket ball, badmingtom etc... There is a children playgrounds with swingers, trampoline,etc... We have a complete menu, with french and bulgarian specialties. It is not a restaurant: we cook in the village and deliver to each house the breakfast and dinner, except on sunday evening.

Garmen Hills is ideal to visit villages nearby: Leshten, Kovachevitsa,Dolen, Delchevo(20 to 30 min). You can enjoy a bath in mineral pool of Ognyanovo(3 kms), visit Melnik(1h15mn), hike on Kanina Trail and Bezbog lake in Pirin(45 min). Greece is 15 kms away and the Egean sea at 115 kms. We organize on and off road excursions to discover the region off the beaten tracks...
