We offer a contemporary and modern house for up to 12 guests (8+4), designed with harmony, love, and attention to details. It consists of three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a mini flat with built-in bedroom, open space kitchen and living room, bathroom facilities and a balcony. The main kitchen and living room are fully equipped and can satisfy all culinary needs. The enclosed patio offers heating and can be enjoyed even in the coolest evenings. The heating and the hot water are centrally procured. The garden is enormous, green, and nicely decorated, a wonderful place to chill during the sunny days. The outdoor garden space is equipped with an electric BBQ. Upon request, it offers furniture and decoration for parties and events at an agreed additional price. The parking lot within the premises includes up to three cars, the parking is free too and under video surveillance in the open external parking space next to the house.
