A luxury place with a very nice view of Vitosha Mountain, close to the city centre, subway station is at 10 minutes walking distance (750 m). There is a large supermarket across the street, gas station next to the property. Free parking on the street. Children's playground downstairs. Central bus/train station is at less than 20 minutes walking distance (1.6 km). VERY IMPORTANT: Please do not play loud music and do not make noise at night. It is forbidden to make parties and noise after 21:00 h in the evening. The neighbours will call the police. There is a fine of 150 EUR. Pets strictly not allowed.
I like to travel, have visited most countries in Europe as well as few places in Asia, 1 place in Africa and 1 in the Caribbeans. During the recent 10 years have been in Italy a least once per year. Have a passion for salsa, started dancing more than 15 years ago. This passion led me to Havana where I met my wife.
There is nothing special about the neighbourhood. It is close to the Central train station, Central bus station and also close to the city centre.
