The apartment is located in a brand new luxury building (completed 12/12/2018) on the 4th floor of 5. The apartment was completed in March 2019 and is cozy, bright and extremely quiet. Its has a luxury and fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. location is unique. All rooms have a view of the park. All rooms have easy access to a balcony where you can drink your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise

Nearby is one of the longest and probably the most beautiful pedestrian street in Bulgari (100 meters from apartment), Ruse Ecomuseum (500 meters), Regional History Museum Ruse (500 meters), Regional Library Ruse (300 meters), the oldest primary school Hristo Botev in Rousse since 1884, which is a cultural monument (150 meters), a city garden in Ruse with a monument of Liberty, which is also a symbol of the city (800 meters), the municipality of Ruse (800 meters) and more than 15 restaurants and bars a 10-minute walk from the apartment. In front of the building in the park there is a market for fresh fruits and vegetables from the producers and many shops
