A spacious place in eclectic style of the interior. Minimal quantities of art, objects and sundries, just what you need for a comfortable stay. And some surprising little jokes. Good to mention the Bluetooth player and the Google Chromecast as well. The bedroom can serve well as both a living room and a bedroom. There's a dedicated workplace if you'd need one. Guests have the entire place for themselves. They have access to a bedroom, toilet, bathroom and a kitchen all connected by a spacious corridor. A crib is also available upon request. Just let me know in advance so I can have it set up before your arrival. The bedroom has a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, stove, toaster, a hot water kettle, Moka pot, French press and the dishwasher is there as well. There's a dining table in it. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The only pedestrian bridge in Plovdiv, over the Maritza river, part from the main street, is 0.8 km/10 minutes walk away. The today's hype - Kapana (The Trap) neighborhood is 1.3 km/15 minutes walk away. The distance between the apartment and the pedestrian bridge is not boring at all because it passes by numerous bars, cafes, shops, supermarket, restaurants, fashion stores, casinos and gambling halls, pharmacies (the nearest is open 24/7), banks. From Trakia highway (E 80) the nearest highway entrance to the city is at a distance of 7.5 km.

I'm always ready to help with anything a guest might need. I also try not to be intrusive, that's why I prefer clear communication with guests so that we don't have any misunderstanding. I like music, dances, movies, theatre, arts, sports, also cooking, traveling, reading... and most of all I love when people smile more often!

The apartment is in a quite old neighborhood where there are houses as well as blocks of flats. It is to the north of the Maritza river, that crosses the city. Most people know each other here and it is a very safe place. Right outside the block's main entrance there's a family owned café with a nice kids' playground. Numerous shops and restaurants and a market and bars around. The building is situated right between Grand Hotel Plovdiv and Holiday Inn, but not on a big and noisy street, as they are. Very comfortable if you arrive by car/bus in Plovdiv - very close to the highway. At the same time very comfortable when you want to visit the Plovdiv International Fair, the main street, historical or other places of interest, on foot. Guests are welcome to park in the street right in front of the building, which is free. It is also a pleasure to bike around the town along the newly built bike alleys, if you're into that. A map of bike alleys is available on internet. There are bus stops nearby (you pay for the ticket when you get on the bus), or you can take a taxi (is not very expensive).
