The property is located in close proximity to the ski gondola (700m walk or 2 min drive). The property is in quiet living area. The property is ideal for families as there is children designated playground and green places on site, for a relaxing time with the whole family. The property is brand new and includes newly furnished 1-bedroom apartments, deluxe apartments and studio apartments. There is beautiful Mountain View from each apartment. Each apartment compromises a terrace or a small back yard. The property offers on-site parking facilities and electrical charging station for electric automobiles. The property is opening a brand new SPA center, Bakery on site and cafe.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is quiet and ideal for families. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies, the centre of Bansko city and everything needed in a walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe.
